Prices shown include EU sales tax (VAT). If you're ordering for delivery to an address outside the EU this will be automatically deducted from the total price in the 'Checkout' pages. However, non-EU customers should be aware that they may incur a local sales tax / customs liability when the package arrives with them (this depends on where you live and what kind of product you may be ordering). Note: US and Canadian customers won't have to pay any import tariffs or fees on bagpipes related products.
Shipping is extra. Any shipping costs are calculated during the 'Checkout' process (because the shipping charge is based on delivery address). Any shipping fees charges are all paid over the shipping company (An Post, Ireland's national postal carrier). There are no handling or packing fees.
How to Pay
We use PayPal as a secure intermediary to capture your payment. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this option. Simply select the option "Don't have a PayPal Account?" and fill in your credit / debit card details to purchase straight away.
If you'd like to arrange payment through another means please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for two further options. Firstly, we could send you a secure PayPal "Payment Request" token in an email (and you can pay when you're ready) or secondly, you might be able to use your online banking service to transfer payment directly into our own bank account in Ireland (we are happy to send you these details). We're ready to help you whatever you decide.
How we Ship and Deliver
Only products that are in stock or very close to completion are listed as available to buy on this site. It may take us a working day to finish and test your order and up to a further day to dispatch it. If shipping takes any longer (which is unusual) we will email you.
We send products using Ireland's national postal carrier 'An Post'. Whenever available we use their Express Post or Express Post international service (countries served include Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA). For other countries we use An Post's registered post service. All your shipping fee is paid over to An Post.
Once your package is handed over we'll email you a dispatch confirmation along with a tracking code (when available). At the moment we can ship anywhere in the EU and Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. If you are outside these countries and want to buy please get in touch by email to email@example.com and we'll see what we can do!
You can order any of our products by clicking 'Add to Cart' in the relevant catalog or individual product page. When you are finished shopping click 'Checkout'. You'll be asked to enter your name, your contact details and confirm the delivery (shipping) address. Then you'll be able to see the cost of shipping to where you live. Next you'll be asked how you want to pay. If paying by Credit/Debit card, your actual card details will be taken seperately on a secure screen that appears after you click on "Place Order"
We take great care and pride in making our bags, bellows, accessories and shoes. You have a 100% guarantee against all defects for 100 days after arrival. Furthermore even if there's no defect you can send the unused product back within 30 days. Before you make a purchase from this site you should read our Terms and Conditions page. It describes the minimum you can expect from us in various scenarios, including our policy about accepting returns.
If you've registered with KelleherTrad.com you can check your orders by logging into your 'My Account' page. If you've purchased a product without registering you will have to rely on the record sent in your order confirmation email.
Updating Account Information
If your personal details change (e.g. moving house, change of email etc) you can update your details by logging into your 'My Account' page and selecting the appropriate item. If you wish us to delete all your details, just send an email stating that to firstname.lastname@example.org.
